{"id":573890443,"date":"2017-12-29T19:19:42","date_gmt":"2017-12-30T01:19:42","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.kennysmith.org\/wordpress\/?p=573890443"},"modified":"2018-01-02T10:38:37","modified_gmt":"2018-01-02T16:38:37","slug":"i-made-a-friend","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.kennysmith.org\/wordpress\/blog\/2017\/12\/29\/i-made-a-friend\/","title":{"rendered":"I made a friend"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This is the time of year when it is cold enough to order hot chocolate:<\/p>\n<p><center><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.kennysmith.org\/photo\/dec17\/dec17.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/center><\/p>\n<p>And it is, therefore, also the time of year when you remember the problem with hot chocolate: there are no cups capable of holding the large amounts of hot chocolate required or desired. <\/p>\n<p>We went to see our friends Paige and Kevin today. Paige was our wedding photographer, and the current joke is that since we took engagement photos in a 17-degree Nor&#8217;Easter and our wedding photos in something like 126-degrees heat index, then we really, <em>really<\/em> have to do something meteorologically fancy for our 10th anniversary. Fortunately, we have some time to figure that out. <\/p>\n<p>Their daughter is a real cutie:<\/p>\n<p><center><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.kennysmith.org\/photo\/dec17\/dec18.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/center><\/p>\n<p>And she gave me a sticker.
