They&#8217;d already cleared up the shin-deep paper on the ground. We saw bits in trees beyond the library to the south and half a block up to the north.  We saw bits on the ground this morning four blocks away.<\/p>\n<p>Last night I was trying to take a picture down by Foy Union. I popped the flash on my camera and you could see the specks floating in the air.
