I&#8217;m not fast enough for the short races. Instead of swimming and riding and running, I volunteered. My job involved standing in the road, stopping traffic and directing runners. I stood just down from these trees, listened to the breeze and yelled &#8220;Run to me! Run to me!&#8221; a lot.<\/p>\n<p><center><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.kennysmith.org\/photo\/may16\/may13.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/center><\/p>\n<p>Then we went here:<\/p>\n<p><center><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.kennysmith.org\/photo\/may16\/may14.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/center><\/p>\n<p>For these:<\/p>\n<p><center><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.kennysmith.org\/photo\/may16\/may17.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/center><\/p>\n<p>I recommend these two:<\/p>\n<p><center><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.kennysmith.org\/photo\/may16\/may15.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/center><\/p>\n<p><center><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.kennysmith.org\/photo\/may16\/may16.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/center><\/p>\n<p>(The best thing about square doughnuts is that you get four extra bites.)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>What we did this weekend: Well, what she did: This was a short race.
