This was Florida&#8217;s first pass of the game, where they thought they&#8217;d challenge a defender deep. The pass was intercepted, and that was the biggest threat of the night from the Gators.<\/p>\n<p>Auburn&#8217;s offense is still struggling, but the defense, the special teams and a few odd calls from officials kept an inept Florida team at bay. In the end, the Tigers won <a TARGET=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.auburntigers.com\/sports\/m-footbl\/recaps\/101511aaa.html\">17-6<\/a>. It should have been at least 23-6, or perhaps 27-6.<\/p>\n<p><center><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.kennysmith.org\/photo\/oct11\/oct45.jpg\" alt=\"Binoculars\" \/><\/center><\/p>\n<p>It wasn&#8217;t the best game to see &#8212; a common theme in college football today, based on what I was able to see &#8212; but it was a win. Auburn used all three of their quarterbacks and generated less than 300 yards, but held the misfiring Gators to less than 200. <\/p>\n<p>Auburn wasn&#8217;t expect to win any games during this stretch of October, but they&#8217;ve won two.
