The last few pages are epilogue, featuring giant, handsome photos of some of the classic buildings on campus. Three of them are buildings I haunted, including Tichenor Hall, pictured here, home of the journalism department.
The last one is chemistry, which haunted me.
These books always take a stab at trying to define these intangible, easily-understood-but-difficult-to-express notions about Auburn. This one is as successful as any of us who've tried to explain it.
And, having finished this project while moving back to Auburn, I can think of only one phrase I'd add to what the authors of the 1996 Glomerata wrote:
"... And a part of Auburn always goes with us."
