This is a 1951 (or '52) commentary on communism. Ah, the Cold War. The ladies of the Soviet Union study in a place called Samfordkoff Hall. And they all have mustaches!

Clearly more bombs are needed.

According to that clock in the tower, the Russians aren't very good at telling time. Maybe that's what caused the end of the Cold War: Reagan, Rocky IV and a lack of a quality timepiece.

You'll be happy to know that the Alpha Gams have since shaken off communism and are capitalist pigs like the rest of us. How, exactly, they did so is lost to history, but you can be certain choreography and a nice razorblade were involved.
