Just 7,660 students at API according to the all-knowing wooden sign oracle.

Things have changed a lot. Enrollment is now over 23,000 students, campus has grown to more than 1,800 acres and 81 buildings. Those student numbers are skewed wildly in 1952, but the last numbers I saw split the population at about 51-49 female.

The sign also notes API's designation as a land grant college in 1872, but the University considers 1856 as the year of organization.

Dig that crazy photoshop technique down around their feet. That probably jumped right out at students as they their Glomerata for the first time.

The guy? He's an upperclassmen. We'll get to that in a bit.
