Inscription: Jo Ann
Here she is again, someone's little sister or niece.
The fence seems a bit modest, doesn't it? We've always thought our American dreams reached a bit higher. No wiener dog, no 1.3 other kids getting in the way and a painfully small fence. At least there were no larger dogs.
The car is around the side and you can see the walkway between the girl and the cedar bushes. People that park on the side of their homes are more of a patient lot. There's no need to open the car door and be right on the front stoop. Getting home and getting inside can be contemplative.
It makes for a great reunion scene too. When folks come home after a long time away to see Jo Ann and the family they'll have a little run and a hug.
Another one of those mysteries that can't be solved: Who's that shadow on the left? I think I have the answer on the next page.
