Nobody likes parking tickets. Nobody likes cars that are illegally parked.

This guy was apparently new on the job. And this was apparently a time when the security and parking ticket types wore coats and ties. Ahh, the good old days.

You have to wonder if that guy in the window in the background owns the car. He was just going in for a minute. Left the car running and everything!

Campus officers drive trucks now. They still have golf carts too, though.

I question the authenticity of this photograph. The tire treads on both the car and the cart are immaculate. It just seems odd that you'd get such perfect wheels so close together in one shot. Maybe rubber was cheaper back then.
